Mohegan Sun Resort complaint by Eva
I went to Mohegan Sun for the Super Bowl along with 4 other couples the rooms are $300.00 a night not including anything else you want to do, well dropping money there doesn't get you any special treatment, the staff are rude, the only nice person was the guy who brought our luggage to our room. We bought drinks from the expensive stocked refrig. in our room went to go into a TV room to watch the game and we were approched by 2 rude people telling us that we could not bring our drinks in there, [nothing was posted and security said we could] so they took our drinks off the table and threw them away, I informed them we have to pay big money for them on our room bill and they could care less. I went home and called the CEO Mr. Mitchell Etress, talked to his secretary and she assured me he would get back to me on this matter well it has been 2 weeks he never returned my call. My advice is to go Foxwoods, when you spend money there the staff couldn't be nicer.
